    Is it possible to change dates on the ticket? I am no longer able to go for the date I purchased my ticket for.

    Hiya, Emily! Welcome to planDisney. I am so sorry to hear you can no longer visit Disneyland Resort on your original dates. However, we've got ears, say chEARS! We are here to help!

    Emily, because you have an unused ticket, you will be able to move your visit to a future date. To do that, you will have to first cancel any theme park pass reservations attached to your current tickets, which you can do on your My Disneyland app on your phone or computer. When you are ready to rebook your visit to Disneyland, you can call the Tickets office at (714) 781-4636, or rebook on your app! 

    I hope you can visit Disneyland on a future date, Emily, it truly is the Happiest Place on Earth. If you keep wishing upon that star, your dreams will come true!
