Bright Suns, Duncan!
Thanks for visiting us at our not too far, far away corner of the internet. Hopefully, we are the panelists you are looking for in your quest for answers today.
I'm glad to hear you created a custom lightsaber at
Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers at the Walt Disney World Resort. My family hasn't experienced this for ourselves just yet, but my kids definitely enjoyed building droids at the nearby
Droid Depot a few years back. I was equally thrilled to just walk around sipping on green milk after our appointment. The theming in all of
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is so impressive
. It truly feels like you've been transported lightyears away!
Now that you're safely back on your home planet, I can understand wanting to keep your lightsaber working at top performance. If you are interested in perusing parts and accessories for your creation I'd recommend visiting
Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities on your next return to Disney's Hollywood Studios. I can't guarantee the inventory of products and parts, but that would be your best bet. You can also shuttle over to
Star Wars Trading Post at Disney Springs to sift through the treasures there. You might not find lightsaber parts, but you're sure to find a great assortment of themed merchandise.
I also reached out to a Cast Member to see if there were any options to purchase parts from the comfort of your home. They indicated that you can send a hologram to
Merchandise Guest Services via email at Merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com or try reaching them by phone. They should be able to receive your dispatch Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. I'm not sure whether they will be able to deliver the bounty you seek, but it's certainly worth a try.
Duncan, I hope you'll be successful in your mission. In the meantime, please come back and see us again with more questions.
May the Force be with you,
Amy
