Hello, Maria Lurdes!
Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you stopped by in advance of your visit. I'm happy to walk you through the
Disability Access Service (DAS) registration process.
Your June arrival date puts you within the 30-day advance registration window. You'll first need to
ensure admission is properly linked to your
My Disney Experience Account for each member of your party. The guest requesting DAS assistance will also need to be present for approval via a virtual chat. Keep in mind this chat is available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. If accessing using a smartphone or tablet you'll need to download the Zoom app as well.
When ready, you'll speak with a specially trained Cast Member via virtual chat to determine eligibility. You can do so by
clicking the "Request Live Video Chat" button at the bottom of this page. Cast Members will review your needs and determine the appropriate accommodations to best assist your group. They may bring in additional medical partners as needed. If eligible, they will discuss the next steps and outline how your group (consisting of the DAS eligible guest, plus 3 additional guests) can use the service upon arrival. If DAS is not determined to be the appropriate accommodation,
Cast Members will review alternate accommodations with you. Rest assured, there are many support services available to assist guests of all abilities. I recommend reviewing the
Accessibility Planning Guide & Recommendations before your chat so you can ask follow-up questions as needed.
I hope this helped! Please come back and see us with additional planning questions.
Wishing you a most magical visit next month!
Amy
