Welcome Home, Hazel! Thanks so much for coming back to see us at planDisney - so lovely to have you! It's always a treat to talk about the many magical benefits of
Disney Vacation Club, and I'll be happy to walk you through the steps to use your
Vacation Points for a stay at
Walt Disney World Resort. Let's get right to it!
We've been DVC Members for close to ten years, and we're still learning about the many different ways in which we can use our Membership. In my book, one of the very best things about Disney Vacation Club is that you can use your points flexibly to make dream vacations a reality. In particular, I love the ability to stay at lots of Disney destinations beyond our Home Resort. Although my heart belongs to
Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, we've had amazing vacations at different resorts in Florida, California, and Hawaii - as well as sailing beyond the reef on
Disney Cruise Line!
Members can exchange Vacation Points for Reservation Points to book a stay at the Disney Collection Hotels at Walt Disney World. To see how many points are needed for a booking, the points charts for
2024 and
2025 are available on the DVC website. Once you know what you hope to book, contact
Member Services, and the always-amazing Cast Members there can check availability and make your reservation. Do keep in mind that a vacation exchange carries a one-time, non-refundable fee (currently $95, subject to change).
I hope this information is helpful for your planning purposes, Hazel! I'm so glad you decided to be our guest again at planDisney - we're always here to help with any other questions to add a little extra pixie dust to your travels. Come back and see us soon!
Stay Magical!
