Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Carol!
Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious that you've found us here with your question just in time for your Jolly Holiday to the Disneyland Resort this month. I'm proud to give you practically perfect advice on making the most of the attractions at The Happiest Place On Earth,
everyone is welcome with open arms and a spoonful of sugar.
Carol, the
Disability Access Service (DAS) is specifically designed for guests who require special consideration for access to the attractions. Pre-registration for DAS is a convenient step, and the good news is there's no need for a doctor's note. You can easily pre-register via a
live video chat between 2 and 30 days before your visit. With your trip coming up so quickly, I strongly recommend requesting a pre-registration chat right away to make sure you're well-prepared before you arrive.
Carol, there are multiple ways to contact Disability Services. You can call them at (407) 560-2547 or email them at
disability.services@disneyland.com. Rest assured, they are always ready to assist you, much like Mary Poppins with her spoonful of helpfulness!
If none of these options work for you, don't worry, Carol. You can request DAS at any Guest Service Desk at the Resort.
Pro tip: I find that
Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street at
Disney California Adventure Park tends to have the shortest wait times!
Carol, I hope these tips helped you feel prepared to have a magical time at the Happiest Place On Earth. The countdown to your trip is on! Feel free to
message me directly for a quicker response. I've got a carpetbag full of
tips and
tricks to sprinkle extra magic on your visit!
