    Please advise how to completely delete my Disney account and information?

    Hello Heather,

    Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney. I'm happy to help!

    You should be able to deactivate and delete your Disney account by signing in online at https://mydisneyaccount.com/ and clicking the "View Account Management" link. At the very bottom of the screen is a link to "Request Account Deletion." Clicking this will generate a one-time passcode sent to the email address associated with your account. You'll need to confirm this request and once complete your account and associated information will be deleted in 14 days. Keep in mind that any active subscriptions like Disney+ or memberships will need to be canceled prior to deleting your account.

    If instead, you or a member of your travel party have multiple My Disney Experience accounts that need to be merged you can complete this process without deleting the existing Disney account. I went through this process when merging the managed profile I created for my husband with the My Disney Experience Account he created for himself after a few visits. It was a simple process to merge his duplicate accounts on my Family & Friends list online, but Cast Members can assist you with this process by phone if you prefer.
