Planning a trip in June 2020. We are a family of 5. Daughter is 17, sons are 13 & 11. We normally stay at AOA suites. Thinking of Beach Club with 2 queen bed and a day bed. Do you think my family would be comfortable in this resort?

Hi Jennifer, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I love Disney's Beach Club Resort! It has the perfect theming, the ideal location, and the best pool on property (according to my kids)! You are right at the back of Epcot, with the brand new Disney Skyliner at your doorstep. A fifteen-minute walk in the other direction transports you to the Planet of Batuu!

We recently celebrated my birthday at the Resort and stayed with three of the kiddos in a similar room. There is plenty of room to maneuver around, and the daybed pull-out is surprisingly comfortable. Our 17-year-old son wasn't with us on this trip, but he is the one who usually takes the daybed as it gives him his "own" space.

Since you are used to the family suites, you might want to consider a Disney Vacation Club Villa at the Resort. That way, you will have kitchen amenities, and depending on the size of Villa you choose, a washer and dryer (which will be a new bonus!). Regardless of the room you pick, you will love the Resort. Stormalong Bay's lazy river is one of my favorite places, and the kiddos beg every time to tackle the Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop!

Jennifer, if you have any other questions, you know where to find us! I hope your trip is practically perfect in every way.
