A great big planDisney welcome to you, Daniel. Planning something to look forward to is always fun, but nothing beats planning a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort. We're so glad you're here to share this question and we're honored to be a part of your planning process.
Hakuna matata, Daniel (it means no worries). No need to worry about the spelling of your friend's name. When your tickets are scanned for entry, the Cast Member will take your picture which will then serve as the ticket holder's identification for the duration of its use. The names are helpful for keeping things organized in the
Disneyland app, but don't necessarily need to match the person who will be using the ticket. I've even used a ticket with my name on it for my husband and we had no issues when using it.
Theme park tickets can be purchased and reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance of your visit. There's no telling what fun might be in store at the resort next year - especially with it being Disneyland's 70th anniversary! I recommend keeping an eye on
Disney Parks Blog along with following

Daniel, I hope this helps as you are putting your plans together for your magical visit. Please come back to share any other questions you might have along the way as you continue to plan. Here's wishing you a most wonderful time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
Happy planning!
