As far as the refurbishment schedule, I checked with a Cast Member on the status. They reported that room refurbishment for Disney's Beach Club should be completed by 2024. The refurbishment for Disney's BoardWalk Villas is ongoing and scheduled to be completed at some point in 2024. There is not a firm date of completion at this time.
