We are planning to be in Orlando January 9th-15th. I would like to make a reservation for Crystal Palace next week when reservations open up. We will not be staying at a Disney resort, are we able to make a reservation for before 9am?

    Hello there, Danielle!

It is a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney. Thank you for taking the time to send us your very first question. You have come to the right place for magical Disney vacation planning tips and advice.

Character dining is one of my family’s favorite experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort. Dining with Disney pals is an unforgettable experience, and I cannot wait for you to have fun with Pooh and other friends from the Hundred-Acre Wood at The Crystal Palace. This beautiful restaurant inspired by Victorian greenhouses of the late 1800s is located inside Magic Kingdom Park and offers a delicious all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

One of the benefits of staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel is being able to make dining reservations for your entire length of stay up to 60 days before your arrival. All other Guests are welcome to make reservations online up to 60 days before their visit, beginning at approximately 6:00 AM. That is when new reservation booking windows become available, so plan to be online a few minutes before 6:00 AM, precisely 60 days before the date you wish to book your dining reservation at The Crystal Palace. Please note that all Guests ages 3 and up need valid admission to dine at an in-park restaurant.

I hope this information is helpful, Danielle. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, and be sure to include a visit to EPCOT during your time at the Walt Disney World Resort in January to enjoy EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
