Planned for months to be up right when reservations for Christmas Day opened up to book Cinderella's Royal Table. Last night, my 3 yo starts vomiting & running 106 (much better this morning!). Any ideas how to book Royal Table?

    Hello there, Amy!

I totally know this feeling since I also planned to make a very popular advanced dining reservation this morning for the week of Christmas, and unfortunately, it was already gone at 6:00 a.m. Eastern. Amy, I know it is disappointing when this happens, but I’m a firm believer that when you wish upon a star, your dreams come true. In other words, I think positive thinking, flexibility, and perseverance will ensure that you have a magical vacation.

Cinderella’s Royal Table in Magic Kindom Park is one of the most sought-after advanced dining reservations at the Walt Disney World Resort, so don’t feel bad about missing your prime booking window. Here are my tips: First, I always like to check the advanced dining reservation availability at 6:00 a.m. Eastern every morning until my trip starts to see if the dining reservation opens. I also like to check the availability randomly throughout the day to see if there is a new opening. Sometimes, I’ve had luck making these reservations a day or two before my vacation because it seems like people’s plans change at the last minute.

It’s simple to check the availability on the My Disney Experience mobile app by selecting the magnifying glass search tool and typing “Cinderella’s Royal Table.” Next, you’ll press “Reserve Dining” and enter your vacation details to see if the reservation is available.

Amy, unfortunately, I can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to find a Cinderella’s Royal Table reservation; therefore, I recommend coming up with plan B. If you are looking for another Disney Princess Character Dining Experience, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in EPCOT is another wonderful option. You’ll still need a theme park reservation and valid admission for the park to enjoy this dining location. This castle-like setting offers a variety of Princess meet-and-greet opportunities.

May the magic be with you!
