Winds in the east, mist coming in, Nan! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this practically perfect question. Let me grab my carpet bag and umbrella to see what I can find out about dining options at
1900 Park Fare for you. Spit spot!
I enjoyed breakfast at 1900 Park Fare at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa a few years ago, and meeting Mary Poppins and Alice in Wonderland were highlights of that
Walt Disney World Resort visit. The turn-of-the-century decor was whimsical and fun, so believe me when I say I miss this dining experience, too.
I chatted with a supercalifragilistic Cast Member who said there had been no updates about this restaurant reopening, so I'm sorry I don't have good news to share. I suggest watching the
Disney Parks Blog for announcements and following
Disney Parks on Instagram for the latest news. I'm crossing my fingers because, as our favorite nanny says, "Everything is possible, even the impossible!"
In the meantime, my tip for your next visit would be to book a meal at
The Crystal Palace at
Magic Kingdom Park. The Victorian decor is similar, and you can meet some of the same characters that were at 1900 Park Fare, namely Pooh and Tigger. And it's pure magic to eat in the shadow of Cinderella Castle!
Feel free to
stop by planDisney anytime if you have any planning questions, Nan. I'll just be sitting on a park bench feeding the birds...
Magic awaits,
Elaine
