Ahoy, Eva! Welcome to planDisney, where we aim to help you plan your family’s perfect sailing with Disney Cruise Line.

It sounds like you have already selected the 4-Night Bahamian Cruise from Port Canaveral aboard the Disney Wish on November 2-6, 2026, for your upcoming vacation and need help figuring out the logistics for your party. I know that it can be overwhelming, but let me give you a few pointers to help navigate the stateroom booking process for your large group.

First of all, the maximum number of staterooms that you can book under one reservation online is four. That means that you will either need to create two different reservations yourself and then link them together or you can call Disney Cruise Line directly for booking assistance at (800) 951-3532, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern time, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time. However, even if you are going to call, I highly recommend getting an idea of which staterooms you are interested in beforehand.

Disney Cruise Line offers four different main stateroom types: Inside, Oceanview, Verandah, and Concierge. Most of the staterooms in the Disney fleet are designed to sleep a maximum of five guests, so you would be able to pick any stateroom type based on the sleeping arrangements that you are describing. You can see the current stateroom availability for your desired sailing by following these steps:

    • Start by clicking on the “Plan a Cruise” tab at the top of the main website.
    • Then click on the white box at the left labeled “Leaving” and choose November 2026.
    • Then click the “More Filters” option in the last white box and scroll down to “What ship would you like to sail on?” to select Disney Wish.
    • Once you have those filters in place, click on the blue “View Dates” button on the far right.
    • The page should say “9 Cruises” at the top and there is a drop-down box on the right where you can select the “Date Closest” option.
    • Your specific itinerary should then be at the top of the page, so click on the blue “Show 1 Date” button and click the blue “Continue” button under your sailing dates.
    • That will take you to your desired cruise page and you can click on the blue “View Staterooms” button at the top.
    • From there, you will be able to put in the travel party information for four of the staterooms that you need, including the number of adults and children per stateroom.
    • Be sure to click on the button at the far right that says “Connecting Rooms” for the two that you need together in order to narrow down your search results.
    • Then click the blue button labeled “Confirm Travel Party” to see current availability.

By following these steps, you will be able to see which specific room types, decks, and staterooms are currently available for your cruise to help narrow down your choices. From there, I would recommend calling Disney Cruise Line directly to get all of your staterooms booked at one time.

I hope that will help point you in the right direction. I’m sure you will have a lot more questions before November, so feel free to reach back out to us at planDisney any time. Happy sailing!
