Hello, I am planning on booking a DW vacation for my family of 10 for November, we want to stay in two separate rooms but I know I am unable to book two separate rooms without booking two reservations. Is there a way I can do it without having to pay 2 dep

Hey there, Monica thank you for visiting planDisney. We are sure. Glad you stopped by. I’ll be happy to help you with your questions for this grand vacation.

Each day at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel is always a memorable one when you are with such a large group The imprint it makes is usually a large one. Selecting one of these resorts to call Home for a week is a very important one when booking your room or rooms. A deposit is required for each reservation. So if you didn’t do two different rooms, there would unfortunately be two different deposits. There are fantastic options to stay in the magic together, pay only one deposit and still have privacy. There are a number of resorts that have 3 bedroom grand villas that sleep up to 12 adults separate bedrooms and bathrooms a comfy living area, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. These resorts feel like home for that week because of all these amenities inside of your room. If this does not sound like something you would enjoy you can also call for assistance for group reservations of 10 or more.

Some of those resorts include Disney’s Riviera Resort, Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary Resort, Old Key West Resort, and Animal Kingdom Villas. All of these resorts are deluxe accommodations and will include one of my favorite benefits. Extended Evening Hours allow guest of deluxe resorts to enjoy the parks two hours after regular park closing. Some of your favorite attractions will have little or no wait time allowing you to cover more ground in a shorter period of time. You also have access to Early Park Entry which is 30 minutes before regular park opening. This will allow your big group to get on some attractions together and have photos together with no one else in the ride vehicle. Some magical memories are sure to be had.

Hope this information is helpful, and that you magical trip comes together with everything you need to make everyone comfortable.

    Have a magical day,

    Jeremy A.
