We are planning to book a 2 bedroom villa at aulani in November. After making the initial deposit online am I able to call multiple times to make payments at my leisure?

Aloha Jacquelyn and welcome to planDisney!

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa is such an incredible Disney Vacation Club Resort to visit with its beautiful beaches and lagoon, Contemporary Hawaiian art and design found throughout the resort and sprawling Waikolohe Valley pool area plus so much more. My family visited Aulani Resort a year ago and I dream of going back!

How wonderful that you're booking a 2-bedroom Villa in the Fall. My family stayed in a 2-bedroom Villa and it could not have been more perfect! We had plenty of room for our multigenerational group and loved having a full kitchen plus laundry which helped our Villa feel like a Home-away-from-home. I spoke to an Aulani Cast Member in Reservations who confirmed that yes, once you have booked your reservation and put down the cost of one night's stay plus taxes and fees, you can make payments whenever you'd like. If there is a remainder amount to be paid upon arrival, you can finalize your payment in person at the Front Desk before checking in. If you are booking your room as a part of a package, it must be paid in full or canceled at least 30 days in advance (and may have a different deposit amount). I recommend confirming the amount required with Guest Services.

Tip: While you’re visiting Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, be sure to visit the Pau Hana Room - Community Hall. This game room has many activities, amenities, and amusement to suit Guests of all ages! This is also the place where you can register for daily activities (subject to change) such as the Menehune Adventure Trail (my family loved completing this at night as it has an extra bit of magic in the dark), make your own Aulani-inspired Mickey Ears, ‘ukulele lessons and Kāpala Ki'i - a t-shirt stamping activity. I also strongly recommend checking out the Daily ‘Iwa, it highlights the week’s events and activities so you can better plan your stay. It will tell you when and where to meet Characters, feed the fish at Rainbow Reef, and if there are beach activities you might like to partake in with your family.

Jacquelyn, I hope this information is helpful. Please visit planDisney again if you have any additional questions about your vacation planning!

    Mahalo for stopping by,
