Boo to you, Victoria, and welcome to planDisney!
Spending all day at the theme park that started it all,
Magic Kingdom, sounds like an absolute dream (or should I say “nightmare,” given that it’s Spooky Season?). You are most definitely going to get your fill of the Disney magic! This is a great question about how exactly checking in for
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will fit into your plans. Let’s gaze into our crystal ball to see what’s in store for you in September.
Here’s the good news, Victoria: As a Guest who is already having a ghoulishly, not-so-spooky time at Magic Kingdom, there’s no need to revisit the front entrance to scan your party ticket. Instead, you will find Cast Members set up throughout the park with the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party wristbands, which are necessary for event access. I love the convenience of this check-in option!
Of course, if you take a midday break and arrive after 4 p.m., you will receive your party wristbands and treat bags near the turnstiles after scanning your
MagicBand+, ticket, or
MagicMobile device. However, if you’re already deep into the theme park, these were the lands with distribution areas from last year: Fantasyland (near Fantasy Faire), Tomorrowland (near
Buzz Lightyear’s attraction), and Adventureland (near
Pirates of the Caribbean). They will most likely be the same this year, but double check with a friendly Cast Member when party day arrives.
I wish you a not-so-scary adventure, Victoria! Don’t forget to change into a fun costume for the party. Even if that’s not your style, you’re going to love getting into the Halloween spirit. If you have additional questions, give us a ghoulish holler
here at planDisney.
Magic always,
LeAndra
