In the past, when I ordered
Disney's Onboard Gifts and Amenities, I received an email with the following subject line: Amenity Confirmation [my last name]. Please check your spam/clutter to see if it found its way there. Typically, you will not see any confirmation in your
Disney Cruise Line account for room decor and other gifts so as not to spoil the surprise for other Guests in your stateroom. William, if you don't find the email, please
call a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member and confirm your purchase.
If you and your crew are celebrating a special occasion during your cruise, be sure to let your Stateroom Host and your Dining Room server know. They love to celebrate with Guests and often add little magical touches to your vacation. I have celebrated many birthdays with friends onboard and am so grateful for the extra care the Crew and other Guests show!
