Hi, Christy. Welcome to planDisney.
Peter Pan’s Flight is one of the most beloved attractions in all of
Magic Kingdom Park, whisking Guests away on a high-flying journey over London and into the heart of Neverland. From soaring past Big Ben to gliding over Captain Hook’s ship, it’s a truly enchanting experience filled with classic Disney nostalgia. As a born and bred Brit, it gives me all the feels!
Now, when it comes to
accessibility, here’s what you need to know:
- Manual Wheelchair Users: You’ll need to transfer from your wheelchair into the ride vehicle. Since Peter Pan’s Flight uses a continuously moving walkway, it’s important to be able to step into the flying pirate ship.
- ECV Users: If you’re using an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV), you’ll first need to transfer into a manual wheelchair before boarding. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist!
- Non-Transferable Option: At this time, the ride does not have a vehicle that accommodates Guests who are unable to transfer. However, the queue itself is a pixie-dusted experience! The interactive queue takes you through the Darling family’s nursery, where you can spot Tinker Bell causing mischief and watch as your shadow dances along the walls! It's my favorite queue in Walt Disney World. I love it so much that I don’t like booking this attraction as a Lightning Lane selection because it skips the queue.
If you have any concerns, just let a Cast Member know—they’re always happy to help make your journey to Neverland as smooth as possible! So, think happy thoughts, sprinkle in a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, and get ready for a magical flight!
