How much is it per person for the crystal palace to eat?? Do u need a reservation, our 53rd anniversary is coming up November 4th just wondering if we can afford 2 go before we make a reservation

Hello there Gene, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy you've visited us today, and I would love to help you decide on some special dining plans for your anniversary.

We visited The Crystal Palace when my Mouseketeers were younger, and it was such a lovely experience. The building is so beautiful and full of light... and laughter, once Winnie the Pooh and his friends make their rounds! The food is really good, and I always enjoy buffets so there are multiple options and something everyone can enjoy. I've found that any of the character dining venues charge a bit of a premium, likely due to the character entertainment in addition to just the food that is included. So that's something to consider in selecting a special location for your anniversary celebration.

You can check out The Crystal Palace menu and price per adult. Prices are subject to change, but this is currently set at $54 per adult for breakfast, and $64 per adult for lunch or dinner (plus tax and gratuity). This dining location does offer a 10% discount to both Annual Passholders (AP), or Disney Visa card holders. So definitely take advantage of that discount, if you can.

The Crystal Palace is highly popular with Magic Kingdom park goers, so you will definitely want to make a reservation as soon as possible. I recommend doing so just in case! You can easily cancel this reservation online at My Disney Experience if you change your mind.

Here's an alternative suggestion I'd like to make, that may be slightly more affordable, yet still very special. I've heard excellent things about Steakhouse 71, which is located in Disney's Contemporary Resort just a short walk or monorail ride away from Magic Kingdom. Check out their menu and prices to see if this looks interesting to you? They also offer the 10% discount to AP and Disney Visa holders.

And last, but not least, Gene... please be sure to stop by a resort's front desk or park Guest Services to pick up some complementary "Happy Anniversary" buttons! My parents loved all the Cast Member's well wishes they received, when celebrating their anniversary at Disney World.

Please send me a message at planDisney if I can help with anything further.

    Wishing you the Happiest Anniversary!
    Tami
