Amy from VA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

If you have 4 people in your party with the dining plan and one is a child and everyone has their own credits is it possible to use say 3 adult credits and all 4 of you eat (I share with the child) at certain meals not everyone.

    Bonjour, Amy!

It is with greatest pride and deepest pleasure that we welcome you today, as planDisney proudly presents...an answer! Like Lumiere and his fellow candlesticks, we're delighted you've chosen to be our guest. Let's dig into your question!

At all restaurants, you can use a dining plan for as many or as few party members as you like; when ordering, tell your server who is and who is not using a dining plan for their selections. You are always welcome to share entrees, except in all-you-care-to-enjoy situations and restaurants that only offer a pre-fixed menu. At buffets or family-style eateries, each guest at the table must use a dining plan or pay the total price of the meal.

I hope this is helpful, Amy! One of my favorite updates since the return of dining plans earlier this year is how they're seamlessly integrated with the My Disney Experience mobile app. Not only can you track your dining plan usage, but when using Mobile Order for quick service meals, you'll be prompted to add included items before finalizing your order. The app will remind me to choose a beverage if I forget to add a Diet Coke to my lunch entree. Magical!

Thanks again for sending your question our way. If there's anything else we at planDisney can do to assist you before your adventures begin, please let us know.

    Bon appetit,
    Betsy
