The countdown to your next Disney World vacation is officially on. Your daydreams are endless, your bags may already be packed, and your hotel is booked. I understand that you want to make a payment toward your stay, so let's get into everything you need to know to make that happen.
Keep in mind that room-only Resort hotel reservations at Disney World don't have an online payment option. After putting down the deposit, the remaining balance isn't due until your stay. If you have this type of reservation (without included theme park tickets), you'll have to
call a Disney Cast Member to make the early payment over the phone.
On the flip side,
vacation packages include theme park tickets
and a Disney World Resort hotel stay. Visit your
My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website and scroll down to the "My Plans" section. Next to your desired hotel reservation, you should see the "Make a Payment" link. Click it and pay your desired amount. You'll want to pay off your vacation package at least 30 days before your trip begins.
AN EXTRA GEM: Don't forget to set a reminder for when you're 60 days away from your vacay. Starting on that morning, you can make advance dining reservations and Enchanting Extras bookings for up to 10 days of your trip. One of my favorite add-ons is a
