It sounds like you have booked a
vacation package with the Walt Disney World® Resort. If so, you should be able to make a
payment online through your
My Disney Experience account. Just go to My Plans and find your resort hotel reservation. If you booked a room-only reservation, the balance is due at check-in when you arrive or you can
call to speak to a cast member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.
If you did not book with a
Special Offer, I do suggest that you keep an eye on those offers. If one becomes available for the dates of your trip, you can check to see if you can modify your reservation with the special offer. It may not be possible, but I always double-check. And, if you are open to changing resort hotels, there might be a special offer applicable to a room at a different resort hotel.
As you continue to plan, be sure to familiarize yourself with the amenities of your resort hotel. We love to have dinner back at the resort hotel on at least one night of our vacation. It's nice to spend the day in the parks, head back to the room to change, and then just walk to dinner at the resort.
