As Princess Tiana says, you’re almost there! Getting your
Family & Friends List squared away is one of the bare necessities of planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Once your party is paired up, you’ll be able to make reservations for each other and see all of your plans in the
My Disney Experience app on your mobile device.
Now, let’s figure out why one of your family and friends is missing. When you open up your
Family & Friends List, everyone you are paired with should appear in your list. You can view this list in the My Disney Experience mobile app by pressing the three horizontal bars in the bottom right corner of the screen, scrolling down to My Profile, and selecting “Family & Friends List.”
If your family or friend doesn’t appear, you can try adding them to your list through your connected Guests, importing their account through a hotel reservation, or entering their name and age. I know in the past, I had trouble viewing my grandmother on my list because she didn’t realize she needed to accept my Family & Friends List request in her My Disney Experience account. This could be the case in your situation. If so, ask your friend or family member to check their list to see if they have any requests that need to be accepted.
