Hello there, Matthew!
I’m so glad you found planDisney because, like Mary Poppins says, “In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun.” I find that planning my next Walt Disney World Resort vacation is when the fun begins.
You can certainly manage plans for your party, but before you get to the fun part of planning, everyone in your travel party will need to make their own
My Disney Experience account. Please note that whoever creates the account for little Mousketeers in your party will manage the account profile. Once all accounts are created, the job [of planning] is a game.
To link your profiles on the My Disney Experience website, go to your
“My Family & Friends List,” go to the bottom of the page, and select
“Add a Guest.” You can link your party to your account by finding them through already connected Guests, importing their Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, or typing in their name and age.
You can also link your party to your
account in a snap through the My Disney Experience app. Once you're in the app, select the three horizontal bars at the bottom right corner of the screen, select “My Profile,” and choose “Family & Friends List” at the top. The app makes linking accounts easy because you can “Add a Guest” by scanning the linking code on their My Disney Experience app.
If the tickets don’t automatically appear in their accounts, you may need to go into your account and look under “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” to reassign tickets to the members of your party. Now that your party is linked together, you can enjoy the thrill of making advanced dining reservations, booking Enchanting Extras, and more for your party. I always find it supercalifragilistic to see my family's plans whenever I log into the app.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
