How much is parking at Magic Kingdom?

Ka-CHOW, and welcome to planDisney, Claudia. Your Walt Disney World Resort visit is just a few laps away. As our pal Lightning McQueen says, we're "faster than fast, quicker than quick," so let's help you pull in right beside the magic.

Although parking costs are subject to change, you can find pricing online. Currently, the price for standard parking at any of the four theme parks is $30. You can opt for a closer spot by upgrading to preferred parking for $45-$55, depending on the type of vehicle you cruise in.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, parking at the theme parks is complimentary for the length of your stay. If you stay onsite, you can also use Resort Transportation to get to Magic Kingdom Park.

Just so you know, self-parking for Magic Kingdom is at the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC). You'll be directed where to park, go through security, and hop on the monorail or a ferryboat to get to the theme park entrance. While it's an added step, my family enjoys the early-morning ride aboard either mode of transportation; we call that the first attraction of the day!

Keep it between the lines, Claudia, and stop by planDisney anytime. We'll be waving the checkered flag to victory!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
