Can we make park reservations if we haven’t received our tickets via mail yet?

Hi Madison, thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

If you purchased your theme park tickets on the Walt Disney World website, they should have automatically linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can check your tickets by logging in to your My Disney Experience account on a web browser. Scroll down to “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” and select the “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” tab. If your tickets are not listed, you’ll need to link them to your account

You should have received a confirmation email from your ticket purchase. That email will contain your ticket ID number. You can link the tickets to your account by clicking the “+ Add More Plans” button and selecting “Link Reservations and Purchases” from the drop-down menu. Select “Tickets” and enter your ID number. After your tickets are linked, you can make your Theme Park Reservations.

If you do not have any of this information, you’ll need to call and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. You can call the number listed under “Existing Tickets.” I suggest having as much information on hand as possible, such as the account used to purchase the tickets, and the payment method used.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction, Madison. Once those tickets are linked, make your theme park reservations as soon as possible as they are subject to availability. If you have any future questions, come visit me again at planDisney!
