Hi Daniel,
Welcome to planDisney! It looks like you are currently visiting Walt Disney World Resort, so let’s get down to business.
If your travel party is linked in your Family & Friends List, make sure you’ve selected to share “All My Plans” with them. You can check this in your
My Disney Experience mobile app by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right of the app, then scrolling down to “My Profile” and selecting the “Family & Friends List” tab at the top. Click the members of your travel party and choose which plans they can see. Your travel party will need to go into their app and do the same. To see their tickets, click on the three horizontal bars again and select the tile labeled “Tickets and Passes.” You should be able to scroll through the tickets linked to you and your friends and family.
If you are referring to
Disney MagicMobile Service, you can easily create your MagicMobile Pass in your My Disney Experience mobile app, by visiting the Disney MagicMobile tile and following the steps to select your pass style and add it to your digital wallet. If your travel party has their own My Disney Experience accounts, it is recommended that they set up their own MagicMobile pass under their account. Above your MagicMobile pass, there is a button to “Select Passes to Share.” Currently, sharing passes is only available on eligible iPhone and Apple Watch devices.
If you continue to have difficulties, you can call the number listed under “
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+” or for in-person assistance, stop by a
Guest Relations location or
Guest Experience Team umbrella in the theme parks.
I hope you enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Daniel! If you have any future questions, during vacation or beyond, please
come visit me again at planDisney!
Enjoy making magical memories,
Kaitlin
