My park reservation does not appear in my account, although when I try to enter the ticket id number again it says it has already been linked to an account, I haven't used another account so i am confused and worried, could someone help

Welcome to planDisney, Jose! I'm so glad to answer a question for a fellow Texan today. With your trip coming up tomorrow, let's jump right in and chat about what to do if you're unable to locate your reservation in your My Disney Experience account.

Jose, I have also had this happen to me before. Sometimes, my Disney Park Pass reservation is not available in My Disney Experience and I know it can make your heart beat a little faster, especially when your trip is just around the corner. There are a couple of different places where you can look, including the My Disney Experience website, where your reservations will show up under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," or you can check out the My Disney Experience mobile app, where they should appear under "Future Plans" in the main menu. If you don't see your reservations listed there, I recommend calling the hotline for Existing Tickets and having a friendly Disney Cast Member help you out. They will be able to look into your account and see if you have existing Disney Park Pass reservations.

Once your bookings are sorted out, I recommend taking a screenshot of them on your phone so you have that information available to you in case you have any issues with them and need to head to Guest Relations for any reason during your trip.

    Have a magical day, Jose!

Meet the Panelist: Jessica, Texas

I'm a personal stylist and I live in Texas with my husband and our three rescue animals. We are Disney Parks-obsessed and love enjoying all the magic that's out there especially for grown-ups. In fact, we even opted out of a tropical honeymoon to spend a blissful week at Walt Disney World Resort instead! I'm thrilled to be on the planDisney Panel and I'm excited to share everything I've learned from all of our trips and help you plan a memorable family vacation.  Learn More About Jessica
