Oogie Boogie Bash will be making its return to Disney California Adventure Park for some villainous fun this fall! You are able to see the
2026 event dates on the Disneyland site, and the
hours & events calendar will be updated closer to your trip, usually around 60 days in advance.
In past years, if Oogie Boogie Bash is taking place at California Adventure, the park will usually close around 6:00 PM if you do not have a special event ticket. I have a couple of recommendations for you for the days that you will be visiting the parks, but will not have an Oogie Boogie Bash ticket. You can plan to spend the day at Disneyland Park, and you would not have to worry about California Adventure closing early. Another option is to add the
Park Hopper option to your theme park tickets, and you could start your day at California Adventure, and then hop over to Disneyland Park in the evening. We actually love to visit California Adventure on a special event day since the crowds can be lower, and then hop over to Disneyland Park later in the day before the party begins.
You also could plan to get to California Adventure first thing in the morning to maximize your time, and then head out when the party is about to begin. You could spend your evening in the Downtown Disney District, or even enjoy a
character dining experience at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels!
