Hi there, Serena! Welcome back to planDisney. I love how we’re getting down to the details of when the park opens on the days of your visit. It’s a great way to plan the fun-filled days ahead. Let’s take a look and see what the calendar has up at the moment.
As I’m looking at the
Hours & Events Calendar, the calendar only goes out to October 1st, which puts us out 6 weeks at a time. If we time that correctly, you’re looking at October 18th, which is 6 weeks before November 29th, for the schedule to be released. I’m also looking at the timestamps in my photo album from when I went to the parks around the same time last year, and I found photos of
my close friends and me by the Christmas tree at Disneyland around 11:00 PM. On another night, I found us walking out of California Adventure around 9:00 PM. Hopefully, that can give you an idea of what the park hours have been previously as you wait for the schedule to come out.
While you’re waiting, you can certainly start planning out the
holiday festivities that are bound to take place during your visit. It’s truly such a jolly time of year, with “snow” falling down Main Street and Mickey gingerbread waiting to be eaten.
I never miss an opportunity to dine with characters, especially in holiday attire! Last year, I had a character breakfast at
Storytellers Cafe. Its Holiday Pajama Party theme made for the perfect excuse to break out my Mickey Christmas pajamas. Be sure to book early, as reservations during the holidays go quickly!
