It sounds like you have purchased a new
MagicBand+ or have a previous one that you are trying to pair to a new phone. First, you are going to want to make sure that you have downloaded the
My Disney Experience mobile app to your new phone and have signed into your account to get started. Once logged in, you'll want to select the three horizontal lines (≡) in the bottom right corner. From there, scroll all the way down to "MagicBands & Cards." Once you select this, you'll see a list of the Guests you manage and have the option to update or link a new MagicBand+. If you select a Guest, you can see which MagicBands or MagicBand+ are attached to their accounts and you should see the option to "Reconnect" or "Pair" the existing band.
If you're having trouble, getting the MagicBand+ paired to your device, you can stop by any of the
Guest Relations locations in the theme parks or at Disney Springs and a Cast Member will be happy to assist.
