Hello, Shawna! Welcome to planDisney. I'm so glad you thought to sail our way with your question.
I love to leave the
transportation details to Disney Cruise Line, and I think you'll be glad you did the same. With my most recent sailing, I received an email about two days before the cruise with details about when and where to meet for my ride from my Walt Disney World Resort Hotel to Port Canaveral. I didn't have to show a reservation number, I simply gave my name and showed my identification when we checked in with the Disney Cruise Line representative at the designated time and place at the resort.
If you do not receive an email outlining the details of your ground transfer within 24 hours of your Disney Cruise, please
call Disney Cruise Line for more information. The friendly agents will be happy to assist you!
Shawna, I'm wishing you a wonderful vacation. If you find that you'd like to set sail again within the next two years, I highly recommend reserving a placeholder Disney Cruise using the
Navigator app while onboard your sailing. You can enjoy a future cruise within 24 months of booking your placeholder at a discount. It's always easier to disembark the ship when you know that there will be more Disney Cruising on the horizon!
Have a magical voyage,
Adrianna
