Welcome back to planDisney, Nohely.
I hate it when the villains interfere with our technology! UGH! I hope that you were able to locate your confirmation email, Nohely, but if you haven't yet, I'm here to give you a few troubleshooting tips to foil those evil technology villains!
-First things first, check your spam folder as sometimes confirmation emails unintentionally get sent to the spam folders. Your confirmation email should show up within a day or so, so if it is still missing, you'll need to do some more sleuthing.
-If it's not there, log in to your account on the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to see if your pass is showing up on the "My Tickets and Passes" page.
-If you have no confirmation email and no pass on your Disney App, check your payment statement on your debit or credit card to confirm that the payment for the pass went through.
-Once you have that information (if your pass and email are still missing) it may be time to contact a Cast Member. You can use the "Chat" feature on the App, or you can call the appropriate Cast Member from the
Assistance By Phone Help Center.
I hope that this is helpful for you, Nohely! I recommend looking at the
Passholder page for additional perks and benefits for your Annual Pass! There are always nifty things happening! You should also watch the
Special Offers Deals & Discounts page as there are often great benefits for Florida residents! Take advantage of all of your perks.
If you have additional questions, we hope you'll visit us again at planDisney!
See ya real soon,
Allyn
