Robert, thank you for visiting us at planDisney with your great question about ordering something and having it delivered to your resort/room before your visit! On one of our last vacations to
Walt Disney World, when our youngest child was still sleeping in a pack-and-play, we ordered an additional foam mattress to have on hand in the event the pack-and-play in our
Disney Resort Collection hotel wasn’t comfortable enough, so I just went through this process and am happy to share my experience!
Walt Disney World Mail Services will accept and store any packages sent to your resort, for a small per package handling fee (currently $6.00, but subject to change), up to one week before your arrival date. To ensure a smooth delivery, you will want to put “GUEST” followed by the full name of the lead Guest on your Disney Resort Collection hotel reservation. Then you will put the full name of the resort, for example, “Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa”, followed by the hotel’s address. The last line should include your arrival date. To find your resort’s address, select your resort from the list of
Disney Resort Collection hotels, make sure you are on the Overview, Dining, Recreation, or Amenities tab, and you will find the address on the right side of your screen.
Robert, if you happen to be staying at
Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, select vendors will be able to drop off packages and groceries via lockers located outside Melody Hall. More information about this resort can be found under the
Amenities tab.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any follow-up questions, please feel free to
ask me directly, or send another question to planDisney!
Thanks,
Brent
