The purchase of your annual pass will not affect the tickets for the other members of your party. There are a few circumstances in which changing your ticket type could affect a special offer you might be using for your vacation package. My advice would be to call the
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder line to make your upgrade and ensure you get the best option without risking any of the perks. You can make your purchase now, but not activate your pass until your first use in September.
Since you are out of state, you are eligible for the Disney Incredi-Pass. Keep in mind that while there are no blockout dates with this pass, park reservations are required. The good news is that you'll be able to take advantage of all the
