Oh, bother! The way some airport staff treat people's luggage is not ok! If you ask me, it's the type of behavior I expect from a Disney Villain. I often receive my suitcases back looking like they've been in a brawl with The Incredible Hulk. I'm sorry you've had your stroller bag hook damaged, Priscilla.
Thankfully, Mickey has got your back! Every theme park in Walt Disney World Resort has stroller hooks for purchase. For example,
Magic Kingdom Park and
EPCOT have them at the
Baby Care Center. You'll also find stroller hooks at the
stroller and
wheelchair rental locations at each theme park. Finally, big stores like the
Emporium,
Island Mercantile, and Movieland Memorabilia also have them. You can probably find them in other places too, but those are the stores that come to my mind.
