Maria, I ship the items I purchase at Walt Disney World Resort to my home all the time! I just received my mugs from the
World of Disney® at
Disney Springs! In the past, my careless packing has left my items, along with my heart, broken, so I make sure to let Cast Members handle any fragile merchandise I purchase. I’m happy to tell you how to find the tracking for your purchase!
Although you won’t find the tracking information on your yellow receipt, you’re welcome to call
Merchandise Guest Services via phone at 1-877-560-6477 Monday through Friday from 9 AM-5 PM EST or by email at Merchandise.guestservices@disneyparks.com. Please have your yellow receipt in hand, and a friendly Cast Member there will be able to pull up your order to give you the tracking information.
Usually, when my package is a few days from being delivered, I’ll receive an email update from UPS regarding my delivery date, as well, and I hope that’s the same for you.
