Hi Lamont! Thanks for stopping by planDisney. I'm happy to help explain how to register for Disney's Disability Access Service!Disney's Disability Access Service (DAS) is an offering from Walt Disney World theme parks intended for guests who have difficulty tolerating extended waits in traditional queue lines due to a disability. My husband became disabled in 2021, and since then we have chosen Disney vacations over and over because of their commitment to accessibility.Pre-registering for DAS is a very easy process! Guests can register for Disability Access Service up to 30 days in advance of their arrival at Walt Disney World via live video chat. Before you register, you'll want to do these things: 1) Set up a My Disney Experience account and download the My Disney Experience App to your smartphone2) Add your travel party to your Family & Friends list on My Disney Experience3) Make sure everyone in your travel party has valid theme park admissionWhen you're ready to pre-register, you'll need a device with a working camera and microphone. Head to the DAS Registration Page on the Walt Disney World website, and scroll down until you see "Ready to Chat With a Cast Member?". Under this heading, you'll see a blue tab that says "Terms & Conditions". Before chatting with a Cast Member, you'll need to review and accept the Terms & Conditions. Once you've completed that step, you can "Request a Live Video Chat" via the blue tab at the bottom of the page. After a short online chat, you'll connect with a Cast Member for a live video chat. The Guest requesting to use the DAS will need to be present on the call. You'll be asked a few questions to determine DAS eligibility, and once approved, you'll have the opportunity to pre-book up to two DAS Advance selections for attractions and experiences for each day of your vacation. Once you arrive, you'll be able to use the DAS self-selection tool on the My Disney Experience Mobile App to book additional attractions! This may seem like a lot of information, but I promise it's a very easy process and the Cast Members you'll be speaking with are super helpful!I hope this helps, and that you have a wonderful time on your magical vacation!Diane W.
