Hiya, Erin! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. Your visit is days away, so let's get you an answer!
Erin,
Disability Access Service (DAS) is good for the length of your ticket or 240 days, whichever is shorter. If you need to re-register for DAS, you can speak with a Cast Member via live video chat (up to 60 days before your visit) or in person once you arrive at the
Disneyland Resort. You can
request a live chat via the Disneyland Website.
If you can't do a call beforehand, you can register in person by visiting the Accessibility Services Kiosk on the east side of the Esplanade by California Adventure. Please note that the Guest with the qualifying disability will need to be present during the registration process. You may visit the kiosk beginning one hour before the theme parks open and up until two hours before the theme parks close. You can read
additional information, including some Frequently Asked Questions, on the Disneyland website.
Erin, if the force is strong with you (and even if it's not), check out
Season of the Force from now until May 11. There are lots of
galactic snacks and exclusive
Star Wars merchandise to check out. It seems like a galactic good time!
I hope this information helps, Erin. Thanks again for stopping by.
See you in the parks,
Melissa
