Welcome back to planDisney, Suzi!
Can you believe your Disney Cruise Line vacation is just a few weeks away? You must be so excited!
I'm glad you are getting everything ready to make your
Online Check-In process smooth sailing. For round-trip cruises to The Bahamas, Caribbean, Pacific Coast, Bermuda or Canada, United States citizens can use an
original state-issued birth certificate AND a physical government-issued photo ID. For the member of your crew who is awaiting a passport, you will use these documents (to upload digitally) to check in online.
When the passport arrives, just head back to the
Already Booked tab on the Disney Cruise Line website and select Online Check-In from the drop-down menu. You should see "You're Checked In!" From there, click "Modify Check In" to open up the Guest Information section. Then select the name of the Guest who needs to update their documents, and scroll to the Citizenship information, to update the information. You will need to upload a digital copy of the passport picture page. If you have any issues updating the information, a friendly
Disney Cruise Line Cast Member will happily assist you by phone. I can't wait for you to experience your first Disney Cruise vacation! One of my favorite moments is when a Crew Member welcomes your travel party as you board the ship. Just before you board, a Crew Member will ask how you would like to be introduced. It is such fun to have the Crew and other Guests welcome you; be sure to have your camera video going! Don't forget to take advantage of the
Onboard Booking Offer before your cruise is over to make a placeholder booking and receive a discount on a future cruise. Check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app during your cruise for more information.
Thanks, again, for visiting planDisney and trusting us with your questions, Suzi. Stop by any time!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
