Once landing we have a reservation at O'Hana. We are staying at Beach Club and want to go right to Blizzard Beach after O'Hana. Would bell services at Polynesian be able to transfer our luggage to Beach Club?

Hi Jade, and welcome to planDisney. It sounds like you’ll be riding the Chairlift and racing down Snow Stormers at Blizzard Beach before you know it! Now, let’s figure out what to do with your luggage so you can have the best day ever.

Complimentary luggage transfer is meant for guests staying at the two Disney Resort hotels where the luggage starts and ends. I double-checked with a Cast Member to be absolutely sure and they confirmed that, in your case, luggage transfer is only available for Polynesian overnight guests moving to another Disney Resort hotel. However, they suggested asking Bell Services when you get to the Polynesian in case they can help with your situation. While there are no guarantees, it never hurts to check! If they’re not able to transfer your luggage, the fastest way to get from the Polynesian to Beach Club would be to use a ride-share service like Uber or Minnie Van Service. The ride is about 15 minutes without traffic, so you should be able to drop off your luggage at Beach Club fairly quickly!

When I’m planning to head straight to the water park, I always pack my swimsuit, flip-flops, and sunscreen in a separate bag. That makes it easier to grab before leaving everything else with Bell Services. You don’t need to worry about bringing towels since those are provided for Disney Resort hotel guests. It’s one less thing to worry about!

As an avid snowboarder, I love Blizzard Beach’s winter ski resort theme! And if you’re visiting next month, you’ll be here just in time for their 30th anniversary celebration. There are fun festivities going on for the occasion, like dance parties, exclusive treats, and family-friendly games!

My perfect Blizzard Beach day involves relaxing in an inner tube in the Melt-Away Bay wave pool or the Cross Country Creek lazy river. On the other hand, my toddler nephew loves Tike’s Peak, a Frozen-themed splash area complete with Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and the Snowgies. But if you’re a thrill seeker, you won’t want to miss the 12-story freefall that is Summit Plummet. I’m not brave enough to try it myself, but I’m told there's nothing quite like it to get the adrenaline pumping!

I hope your Blizzard Beach day is filled with sunshine and pixie dust! If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to visit us again at planDisney.
