Hi Steve, thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
Depending on how old your tickets are, you may be able to link them to your
My Disney Experience Account. If you'd like to try that first, here are the steps to follow:
From your computer:
- Click on "My Plans."
- Scroll down and hover over "Park Tickets."
- Click on "Link Tickets."
- Enter the ID number located on the back of the ticket and follow the prompts to complete.
From the My Disney Experience Mobile App:
- Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
- Click the "Tickets and Passes" tile.
- Click the plus sign (+) in the top right corner.
- Click "Link Tickets & Passes."
- From here, you have the option to either take a picture of the ticket barcode (if there is one) or you can manually enter the ID number located on the back of the ticket by clicking "Type ID" near the top right.
- Follow the additional prompts to complete.
If successful, you will be able to see how many days are remaining on your ticket along with the expiration date, if applicable in your My Disney Experience Account.
If you are not successful, you will need to call
Existing Tickets for cast member assistance. I had to do this a few years ago and the cast member was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Steve, I can't help but notice you will be arriving during a peak holiday week which is the most magical, and busiest, time of the year. Once your tickets are straightened out, you'll want to make your
Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible. Additionally, you can make
Dining Reservations 60 days prior to your arrival date.
I hope you find this information helpful. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.
Diane
