Hi there, David! Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you stopped by!
I'm so happy to hear that you're making plans to visit
Walt Disney World Resort. While there's so much fun to be had at the theme parks, there's nothing quite like the splash you can have at the
water parks! I'd love to help you raft down
Miss Adventure Falls with your crew sooner than later – let's go!
David, you may be able to
use unexpired tickets on an upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. First, you'll want to make sure that these tickets are linked to the original Guests that used them. You can check this by logging into your account online, hovering your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab, and clicking
My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle to Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. If you don't see your tickets listed here, you may be able to
link your tickets to your account. However, since your tickets were purchased prior to 2010 and you're hoping to
upgrade a child's ticket to an adult ticket, your best bet will likely be to
call a Cast Member in Existing Tickets. They'll be able to help you with your tickets and provide you with the next best steps for you!
If you're also planning on visiting the theme parks, make sure that you purchase your tickets and make your
theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to reserve the parks you'd like to visit on each day of your trip. And if you have any other questions, please write to us again!
You've got a friend in me!
