Oh boy! Anna, I'm so sorry to hear that you weren't able to visit
Walt Disney World Resort when you had originally planned. However, the magic is ready and waiting for you whenever you're ready to return! It sounds like you're looking to reschedule your
theme park ticket, and I'd love to help you take a few steps so you can get back to the parks.
First, let's try to locate your ticket! Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab, and click
My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle to "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." Here, see if you can locate the ticket and click "Change Tickets." You should be able to change your options, ticket type, or dates. Since Walt Disney World Resort uses date-based pricing, please know that you may need to pay the difference for your new date once you complete the checkout process.
However, if you're unable to locate your ticket or make the necessary changes, it might be time to call in a fairy godmother – I mean, a Cast Member! Cast Members will always do their best to help you locate the information you need and provide you with the next best steps available to you. When you
call a Cast Member, try to have as much information as possible, including your ticket type and original date.
