Welcome, Cindy, to planDisney!
I’m so glad you stopped by because, like our ghoulish friends at Haunted Mansion, we always have room for one more ghoulish question. You are always in for a swinging wake at
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at
Walt Disney World Resort, so I’m glad you are making your plans now.
Madame Leota isn’t currently sending out any direct messages regarding the sale dates for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, but she does recommend that you keep a close eye on the
Disney Parks Blog since that is where ticket sales are usually first announced. Last year, the dates were announced during the “Halfway to Halloween” celebration on the blog in late April, as well as announced on the planDisney and Walt Disney World Instagram accounts. If I’m reading all the chilling signs right, ticket sales began about a month after the announcement.
Cindy, my planDisney pals have supernatural powers when it comes to
tips and tricks for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, so be sure to check out some of our top tips on the
Disney Parks Blog,
planDisney.com and the
planDisney Podcast.
One of my top tips is to be sure to stake your claim early to a viewing spot for Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade so you don’t miss the Headless Horseman’s ride through Liberty Square and down Main Street U.S.A. about 15 minutes before the parade begins. (The ride may not happen during inclement weather.) Oh, and what’s that? It seems the happy haunts have received your sympathetic vibrations and are beginning to materialize with a tip of their own! You can visit the Headless Horseman’s horse, Rocky, and other Walt Disney World working horse team members at
Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Fort Wilderness. Just be sure no hitchhiking ghosts follow you!
Cindy, before you know it, you will be making final arrangements for your not-so-spooky visit. Until then, please
hurry back and let me know if you have any other questions because, at planDisney, we would like your company!
Boo to you!
Shannon
