Oh bother, it's never a good feeling when you're having trouble locating the important information for your upcoming trip. I do have a few recommendations for you that I hope will help you get back on track!
My first recommendation is to visit the
Disneyland site, hover over "My Disneyland" in the upper right-hand corner, and then click
"My Hotel Reservations." You should be able to see your upcoming
Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package information listed, and if you do not, you should be able to link your reservation using your confirmation number in the email you received when you purchased the vacation package.
You also could check the
Disneyland app, which is such a helpful tool for planning your trip and navigating the parks during your visit. Open up the app, navigate to the three horizontal bar line in the bottom right-hand corner, and then tap "Hotel Reservations." I'm hoping you'll find your linked reservation there!
I also know how cluttered my personal email inbox can get, and if you're having trouble finding the confirmation email from the Disneyland Resort, I recommend searching for "Disneyland" in your inbox, and checking your spam/junk folders as well. If you're still having trouble, I recommend
reaching out to a helpful Cast Member in Reservations and Tickets for further assistance.
