    Hello, I was told that i am able to get tickets and make payments on them up until a month before my visit, how do i utilize this option? thank you

    Hiya, Ashley!

    Welcome back to planDisney. It's a pleasure to see you again and to offer advice as you plan your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort.

    I can think of at least three ways to purchase theme park admission to the Disneyland Resort in a way that allows for multiple payments.

    1. Vacation Package. Purchasing a hotel stay plus theme park tickets vacation package to the Disneyland Resort only requires a modest down payment. The remaining balance can be paid over time as you see fit or even all at once, with the final balance due 30 days before your package's check-in date.
    2. Disney Gift Cards. I love using Disney Gift Cards for all of my family's Disneyland Resort vacation needs. They are good for most dining, souvenirs, parking, and yes, even theme park tickets. By collecting Disney Gift Cards over time, you can effectively make payments to yourself in preparation for an upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort. When you have collected enough cards for your tickets, I recommend using the Disney Gift Card website to combine the values of multiple gift cards onto one or a few cards. Up to $1000 may be stored on a single card. Also, park ticket purchases may be made in more than one transaction. That helps if your total purchase happens to add up to more than the value you have on any one card.
    3. Magic Key Passes. Residents of California are eligible to purchase Magic Key passes with a down payment and a convenient monthly payment option. A Magic Key pass is a great way to enjoy several visits to the Disneyland Resort over the course of a year. To take advantage of the monthly payment option, be sure to have your correct California address in your My Disneyland account and use a form of payment with a matching billing address.
