As you are aware, there was a recent
policy change for boarding buses at Disney Springs. Currently, and policies are always subject to change, to enter the bus boarding area at Disney Springs, you are asked to show proof that you are a guest at a Walt Disney World resort or have a reservation at a resort for dining or a special experience.
Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf, located near the
Walt Disney World Swan Reserve in the Epcot resort area, does take reservations. So I would probably consider booking a tee time. Fantasia Gardens accepts walk-ins regularly, so I would expect reservations to be available even on short notice.
Or, since you will have a car, you might consider driving the 10 minutes or so from Disney Springs. Parking for Fantasia Gardens is available at the Swan Reserve. Make sure you take your parking ticket with you to be validated to get free parking for three hours.
