planDisney. I’m so excited that you recently purchased a
Magic Key! As a Disneyland local, I don’t know what I’d do without mine.
Disneyland Resort feels like a second home to me, and I love going as often as possible. Nothing is better than going to my favorite place with my favorite people!
This is a question that I wasn’t entirely sure about, since my first name is what I prefer to go by, and it’s been a while since I’ve activated a Magic Key. I spoke with a friendly cast member, and they informed me that the first name on the contract needs to match your government-issued ID. They said you’ll need to visit the ticket booth at the park to resolve the issue with a cast member. It must be done in person. They did make it seem like something that can be fixed, though, so no worries.
Once you get this cleared up, it’s go time! I’m not sure when your first visit is, but there is a lot to be excited about in the coming months.
