planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your
park reservations. Let's take a look and see if we can work it out.
Log in to the
Walt Disney World website and hover over “My Disney Experience.” Click on “My Plans and Tickets,” and then “Make a Reservation,” even though you’ve already made one. Don’t worry, stay with me! On the next page, scroll down to find the date and park you currently have reserved. On the right side of the page, click “Modify Reservation,” and follow the steps to pick the date and park you’d like to visit. That should be that.
If this doesn't work, the “Help” button on the right side of the website's home screen opens the chat function, which connects you with a friendly cast member who can help you navigate the steps to address your issue. You can also call the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone line to speak with a cast member on the phone. One way or another, Kristine, we’ll make it happen!
